Who is behind From Maisie?
A husband and wife duo from West Yorkshire, please see out About Us page for more details. This is our venture and we are in no way affilliated with any other brand nor do we sell anyone elses makeup brushes at From Maisie.
Do you drop ship your products to your customers?
Absolutely not! Unlike other sellers, at From Maisie, we want to know the products are of the highest quality and that our customers are receiving what they ordered! All our stock is waiting to be shipped from the UK.
Are your products shipped from the United Kingdom?
Yes, all our products are shipped from the United Kingdom from our own storage site, meaning you can be sure that 1) you receive a quick delivery and 2) your products are of the highest quality.
What are your delivery options/times?
After ordering, we aim to process your items within 1-2 business days. Standard Postage through Royal Mail Second Class is included which takes 2-3 business days. We hope to be offering next day delivery on UK orders sometime in the future.
Do you Ship Internationally?
We currently ship throughout the EU and to the USA. We hope to expand this soon.
Do you have a physical store?
No, at the moment we are online only. From time to time we may be at alternative markets/pop up stores selling our brushes so make sure you keep up with our social media so you don’t miss us if we visit your nearest city!
I’ve seen the same brushes for less on another store, why is this?
From Maisie imports all brushes from an international supplier. Other UK stores or sellers on Ebay/Etsy may use the same supplier to dropship their items directly to their customers from their country of origin. This means the seller never sees the brushes and cannot check the quality. You may also see international sellers selling the same brushes, buying these means you may have to pay hefty shipping costs and maybe liable for customs charges. From Maisie has done all this for you and we make sure that the items you get are of the highest quality because we have checked them in person ourselves!
What are your brushes made from?
Handle material differs across our range of products, individual product pages list all materials used. Bristles are made predominantly from synthetic hair, if this is not the case it will be clearly stated on the product page.
Are your brushes Cruelty Free?
All our brush sets are Cruelty Free meaning no animals, mermaids or unicorns were harmed during making. We will never stock any brushes that are not cruelty free.
Do you work with Bloggers and Social Influencers?
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on unused brushes in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Postage for returns will be paid by the customer and a refund will only be granted once we have received the item back in its original condition.
What Methods of Payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal and credit/debit card
What if my item arrives damaged or broken?
We are sorry to hear your items have arrived damaged. Please email email@example.com, quoting your order number and a picture of the damage no longer than 24 hours after receiving your items and we will be happy to send you an identical item or offer you a full refund.
I’ve been charged multiple times, what should I do?
Things like this do happen from time to time. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and confirm if you received an email confirmation then we can check your order for you and how many times you have paid. It is worth bearing in mind that sometimes when things like this happen and you see multiple pending charges on your bank statement they will disappear within a few days depending on who you bank with.
Please contact your bank if you have any further questions regarding the pending charges. Please be sure the billing address you are providing us is matching the exact billing address associated with your credit card and only click the submit button once to prevent multiple charges.
My items did not arrive
Please contact us ASAP if you did not receive your items and we will check this for you. From Maisie will only ship to the address provided at the point of sale. If you notice that the address provided was incorrect before we ship your item, please contact us by emailing email@example.com right away to rectify this. If you do not do this straight away or do not notice that you provided an incorrect address From Maisie are not responsible for replacing items when an address was provided in error.
Are you expanding the range of brushes you sell?
We are glad you love our range as much as we do and in the future we hope to provide more colours and styles. Let us know on social media what you’d like to see in the From Maisie range in the future!!
